I have no way to know. Have a transmission shop look at it. I would be looking for a good used transmission.

Thank you I was changing the slave cylinder but decided to do clutch pressure plate and all bought kit new starter but found the metal last owner said maybe keys from old starter was thinking the same used one and new kit thanks again

The starter does not have any connection to the inside of the gear box. It can only leave bits inside the bell housing.

Not a mechanic just learning so your thoughts on what the pieces of metal could be from and if the slave cylinder goes out can your clutch still be good gonna change it anyways just like to know for future reference hopefully not
