1997 Grand Marquis - Turn Signals Nor Hazards, but all other lights fine

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just got a 97 G. Marquis with only 65k miles on it.  Super clean, super excited,
but the little stuff is dying on it.  First, the blower motor won't operate (i'm
guessing blower regulator) and now the turn signal and hazard lights won't
work.  The headlights and other lights are fine, but the flashers won't even
come on.  Any ideas?  Wife is freaking out lol.

Also, apparently the brake lights don't work either, except for the rear window brake light.
