99 mercury cougar fuse problem

I had a 99 mercury cougar when I turn the air conditioner for like an hour the fuel pum fuse blowt out and I need to put a new fuse an turn the air off for the car to start again. I need help fixing this problem

that fuse is the ecm fuse,if it is blowing fuses the ecm needs replaceing.
