My 1998 Mazda 626 car power outlet is not working, any one has any idea?

Check the fuses. Your owners manual should tell you which fuse powers the outlet, if not it should be fairly obvious which fuse is blown by looking at it. The fuse box is located under the dash to the left of the steering wheel, it will be covered by a small plastic cover that should fold down.
