Why does my door lock itself?

Asked by Leximarie1 Aug 09, 2015 at 10:30 PM about the 2004 Mazda MAZDA3

Question type: General

This might sound stupid but my 2004
mazda 3 locks itself. It sounds stupid
because i dont have power locks you
have to do it by hand. It doesn't
happen to all of the doors only the
passanger back door. I was just
wondering why it would do this? How
is it even possible?

If you dont have power locks, the lock rod spring is loose and make,s it drop and lock it self, the only other thing would be the ghost riding with you is scared and locks the door>>>joke.
