I'm replacing the head, what are the torque specs?

I'm replacing the head on my 1994 Ford Tempo. I need the torque specs. for the head, intake and exhaust.

Cylinder head: Four-cylinder engine step 1 52 to 59 step 2 70 to 76 V6 engine step 1, 52 to 66, step 2, back off 360-degrees, step 3, 33 to 41, step 4, 63 to 73. Intake and exhaust does not need to be torqued, just make sure they are tight and if possible put some thread locker on the thread before inserting the bolts.
