ok the seat in my lincoln quick going forward and backward, but you can tilt the back of the seat back. it is electronic. how would you fix this?

Do you mean that you can't move the seat bottom forward or backward? If so, try raising the seat as much as possible, then use a spray lubricant (such as WD-40) on the metal seat tracks underneath the seat. Sometimes mine gets a little stuck at a certain point and needs me to nudge it with my body to make it move further.
