Stalling out and adding oil to engine

1947 Plymouth Supreme Deluxe, vehicle starts up
perfectly but when I put the vehicle in gear, and
attempt to move forward, the vehicle stalls out and
stop. What could be the issue?  Second question
how do you add oil to the engine?

I got the camper no problems no stalling problems right near the engine there's a oil fill tube. For sale cheap 89000 miles can buy right 315 525 7078
