car will not turn over, dash lights all work but no turn over

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 94 Probe, I'm working on and I am
at My Whits end with this one, I have gone
through the whole car, I drove to the store I
came out and it didn't even turn over all the
dash lights work, not even a click from the
cylinoid.
I'm thinking a fuse blew or something of
that nature, new battery-Starter-cyilnoid- all
are new.
Well what do You think??

check battery cables and starter or clean ,tight connections , with a tester see if theres power at that solenoid when you turn key to start , If it's a fuse it would be a big one in the box and you'll see the contact burnt I would think .
