Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have an old RV 27' with 150k only. I recently did a good tune up: Plugs,
cables, distributor, rotor, air filters, oil, PCV valve. Engines starts good. Idle
is and choke sounds perfect. Choke works perfectly fine (to my ears and
feeling!) Engine is Carburated 7.4L v8. When going from "Park" to "Drive",
Engine seems to suffer from missing gas or air. It sometimes simply dies on
me. In good days, I can drive around with it. However, in all cases, when I
have to climb a hill, it looses power as I am climbing. I can barely reach
80Km/H climbing. On plane surface, with allot of chance, I can get up to 90-
100Km/H. I had timing checked and it's good. One thing: I added carb
cleaner in gas tanks (dual tank system). At some point, it ran very well with
lots of power but only for one day. Then problem came back. Would you
have any suggestions?
