2006 E550 diesel truck

my ford 2006 E550 truck.. for some reason it will
drive good and about 10-15 minutes later it seems
that it wants to shut off and it shakes so i have let  
sit for a few minutes then starts normal again.
i changed the  fuel filters and still have problems
can some one give me an idea what it might be..

EGR valve + PCV valve can be faulty. Any check engine lights? Possibly bad fuel / water in fuel?

    2006 f550 6.0 Will start with brake cleaner, however, won't start on its own. Runs fine, as soon a I lift my foot off the pedal, it will die.
