Bad transmissions in Nissan rogues!

Asked by GuruHGMVS Aug 16, 2019 at 02:28 PM about the 2016 Nissan Rogue

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My mom has a 2017 Nissan Rogue under
20,000 miles transmission had to be
replaced. A few weeks later my 2016 with
40,000 miles same problem. Both covered
under warranty but my thing is if it’s common
they need to do more to stand behind their
cars! They know they did something wrong
when putting the cars together.

Never buy a Nissan with a CVT. This is a known problem and I don't know why anyone would buy one.
