Mazda CX 5. Dying and stalling

My Mazda CX 5 keeps stalling when I start the car or dies while idling. We
have taken it to two different auto places and no one can 'recreate' the
problem and they can't figure it out.  The check engine light comes on, the
abs brakes start engaging for no reason, the ac turns off then the car dies..
or it just dies. We've spent $1000 on it already with. no clue as to what is
wrong. The car people say they can't fix it if they can't recreate the problem.

There are many possible reasons why you're experiencing this stalling condition. When the computer lights up the CEL, it shuts down other systems, like traction, stability, 4WD, and cruise control, and the AC. The ABS anomaly could just be the computer confusion combined with a worn out battery..... Try an extensive tune-up, that might be all you really need. When the SUV is running at top performance, any sensors or accessories that are defective will be easier to diagnose & fix..... My wife has a "16 CX5 GT and she loves it. We've never had a problem, and she thanks me regularly for that.
