Jerking at a hgh speed on the highway after driving 100 miles or more

Why is my car jerking at a high speed of 80mph after 100 miles on the highway? Does not do this any other time. Only at this speed. Car starts jerking and RPM drops between 3 and 4? I have t drive it at least a 100 miles. Car jerks and then speeds up. Only at 80mh
