When I try to start my 2002 Kia
spectra it don't make a sound or start

Try to flash your lights. If they flash, it's not the battery. Then it might be your starter.

If it appears to be the starter like Epic_Eggnog was talking about, one way to test is to tap the starter a few times with a wrench or a hammer. You don't need to tap it hard just gently. If it starts after that then you do need to replace the starter. The tapping may only work for a week or two before that does not even work so replace as soon as possible if that is the issue.

Check battery cables for corrosion i took apart and soaked in baking soda rinsed put back together started. Right away-good luck
