Dealers like sales, so I'm guessing there's something in your correspondence that's putting them off and they'd prefer not to deal with you.
If you're not going there in person, do it the old fashioned way. Pick up the telephone and call them. Most Dealers ignore emails because they don't think you're a serious customer. Tire kickers and lookie lous use emails. Hope that helps! Jim
