Car won’t start

My 2015 jeep Cherokee won’t start.
I’m not able to press the brake pedal
and start the engine the brake pedal
is stiff and the car won’t start

Do your lights come on when you try and start it? And do you hear a clicking sound or a low ringing when doing so?
