I have a 2015 F-450 Super Duty w/ a Jerrdan lift on
the rear . Truck is used for towing ...

Lately I've had an issue w/ the truck feeling like its
restricted, not breathing right, or a governor on it.
My knee even hurts from holding down the throttle
pedal. Any ideas ?!?

Maybe you have a problem with the injectors or the turbo charger. Are you getting boost? I believe the Ford diesels have a lot of injector problems which can lead to a blown engine. If your truck is under warranty take it straight to Ford.
