Can i damage anything if i remote start my
car when block heater is plugged in?

Yes starting your car while still having the block heater plugged in can either damage the block heater or the engine I can't remember which one. If it happens that you accidentally forgot about it two or three times then it won't be the end of the world as long as it's not sitting there idling for like 15+ minutes.
