Question type: Maintenance & Repair

RE; engine swap : thank you so much for the info.  will my wiring and ,computer and transmission in my 1999 Cherokee Laredo still work??  Sorry for the lack of previous info. The 4.0 engine is coming from a 2000 Cherokee sport. Any idea why back brakes lock up? [ It was sitting for months] They seem to be fine sometimes--other times they stick. Thanks again! I'm a first time Jeep owner. VERY nice 1999 Cherokee with strong 4.0 but with engine tap [ in bottom I think].
