Does anyone know how to mount the front license plate on a 2000 jeep grand Cherokee without drilling into the bumper?

I have a 2000 grand Cherokee and it doesn't have a license plate mounted on the front. I need to stick on on because of Washington state law but i don't want to drill into the front of the bumper. Any suggestions?

A couple small holes is really the only way to make sure it's on there securely. You'll need a front license plate bracket which can be bought at any Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealer, and it will come with the required attatchment hardware. I hate front license plates, but if I took mine off, there'd be a couple holes in the bumper cover where the bracket mounts, and that would look even worse if you ask me. I just picked up a cool black chrome "Jeep" plate, and mounted it on the front instead of the ugly WI license plate.
