Coolant problems?

Quick question... I have a 2001 4.0 inline, and the coolant light is on... Though i have checked for holes the lines and everything... there aren't any leaks and the radiator is full... thought it would be the themorstat, but i've changed that out and still it stays on. Anyone have any answers on how to fix it?

did u check the resevoir? thats were the coolant sensor is. the tank is located at the passenger side against the back of the engine. check to see if thats at the full mark. its hapened to mine before too. the light goes off and theres stil coolant in the radiator.
reservoir is full... see that's what's throwing me for a loop... No leaks, Everything is full... Only thing i can think of other than the sensor going out, could the coolant light come on due to the electric radiator fan going out? Cuz if that's the case, i got bigger problems other than a coolant light...
as far as the fan goes, if the fan didnt work that u would have veryy high temps. u should be able to hear it kick in so i dont think thats the problem. is the fluid dirty? that could cause poor circulation or a dirty sensor. but u would notice that if the temps went up, so thats not it.. did u check the connection to the sensors. may b the plugs shorting out. other than that i dont have any idea besides a bad sensor.. what temps r u running ?
