How can I turn down this loud annoying beep when receiving an incoming call when already on a call via Bluetooth in my 2014 Buick LaCrosse I

when I'm on a call via Bluetooth & an incoming call waiting call comes in the
initial beep is normal but a second later a loud annoying beep happens I've
tried turning the volume down on my phone & the radio in the car but it does
not work please help. It scared me so bad I almost had an accident
