Key turns to start radio goes off heater blower goes off starter does not engage interior lights do not dim

When you turn the key to start Power is cut to all unnecessary electrical loads to give the starter full battery power. So that means your ignition, and starter circuit is ok. That leaves the possibility of a security system problem, A bad starter or starter relay.
