Air and Heating doesn't blow

I have a 2014 Jeep Patriot. After taking it to the dealership and them replacing
the air/heating filters months ago, now it does not blow at all. The dealership
said they could replace all of the suspected parts for about $1000. What could
really be wrong with it and what would be the possible cost?

My Jeep Patriot is give me hot air que es running slow or in the traffic. But when I go in the freeway is freezing well. What we need to do to fix it?
