How do I fix a the fan belt pulley with the radiator fan on it if it is wobbling a lot?

I have a 1986.5 Nissan D21 Hardbody. The pulley with the radiator fan is
wobbling a lot. How do I fix it?

Yes the fan wiggles back and forth, up and down with the engine off. Do I have to replace the whole pump? Is that something an amateur mechanic can do?
