The tail lights/rear running lights are not turning on. My brake lights are working. Could it be a fuse? If so, where is the fuse box?

You may have a simple loose wire or two, you could also have a electrical problem, I'm no expert at finding issues without seeing the car so maybe look into it a bit more.
