2013 Kia soul a/c and heat not working. Blowers fine

The heat and a/c in my 2013 have stopped
working. My blowers are working fine but I've
noticed I'm no longer able to adjust the level of
heat or cold air coming through them, my
circulation button no longer works, and my front
windshield button no longer does anything either. I
changed the acon fuse, nothing changed. Could it
be a blend door actuator? I'm stumped.
