new 2013 elantra--less than 1000 miles--hesitates to start, then engine bogs down, does not register rpms at all--has happened 2x ??

intermittant problem, service cannot duplicate...how to diagnose/repair?

take it to your SMOG guy, you will find a malfunctioning device- will be able to see the levels of CO and CO2 and will inspect each device to see which is at fault.
