I had new rotors put on my F-150 2012. Now I hear this noise on the right side that sound likes metal is rubbing or grinding.

Recheck the work,on that side,should not be any metal scrubbing sound.

It could be the dust sheild rubbing. Did you have pads installed as well of just rotors?

Check to make sure the brake pads were not put on backward. When my son was about 18 his vehicle needed a brake job. It was a good teaching moment. I watched over his shoulder as he installed the front rotor and brakes - perfect. I then told him to do the back. When finished he went for a test drive and returned saying something was wrong, a loud screeching noise could be heard. The pads were placed on backward on the rear.
