Engine turns but car doesn't pick, up. Fuel half tank, can
this be a PETROL PUMP problem?

My car got fitted with wrong spark plugs, car kept cutting out, backfiring and wouldn't start at times. These Chevrolet Corsa Utility 1.4L A/C, P/U, S/C is very specific on spark plugs, never deviate from OEM specifications
