How do I disconnect my alarm and keep my lights working without flashing?

My lights are flashing all the time and I believe its due to my alarm so I
disconnected the battery and its not happening anymore. In the meantime I
cant drive my car because of the flashing lights as I drive

Pardon actually when the car is locked with the alarm all lights stay on but when I drive I have no signal and the running lights stay on, can anyone assist me with this problem
