There seems to be a lot of issue with the system and getting cell phones to sync up to the bmw system. BMW is recommending that you take it to the service dept and they will show you how to connect. My blackberry connects fine to 5 series for about 5 mins and then looses it's bluetooth connection, BMW doesn't know why. NOT A VERY GOOD SYSTEM!
