I have a slow antifreeze leak can put water in it
until I repair the hose are find out where the
problem is

Yes you can but would not recommend it if there is below freezing temperatures where you live. If it is that slow use thre 50/50 antifreeze mix until you fix the leak a little cheaper then full strength antifreeze.
