2011 Sonata stopped while driving and wont start back up

My wife has a 2011 Sonata, never had a problem until yesterday. She said she was driving and while taking a turn the car died. She parked it in a safe spot but it wouldn't start. I drove it about 50 miles in the morning home from work and didn't notice any problem. The lights/AC turn on but we tried to jump in case it was a battery/alternator issue. When we turn the key it just clicks and the dash lights flicker but it wont start. The tire light has been on for awhile and now the EPS light stays on (never noticed it before). I picked up an OBD scanner but it didn't report any codes. Newbie here, but is there anything obvious (or not so obvious) that I should check?

Took the battery to the parts place and said it was at 2%, but been trying to start it so expected it to be drained down. Charged for an hour and they said it showed 10% so got a new battery. No luck. Where it would click on Sunday it would crank once or twice with the new battery but still not start. Now it will just click once and done so gonna try pulling the starter but looks like a PITA on this sonata.
