Brake Peddle is stuck on. When the car is stopped and turned off the Brake lights still Burn Bright. When I pull up on peddle they turn off. What do I do to repair ?

Thank you for that answer but, where under the dash on the break peddle will I find the Brake light switch ?

Sounds like a issue with the master cylinder,you should not be able to pull up on the pedal.
