How do I get Mendocino Auto Auction to complete
my registration. It's been 4 months. Continues to
ignore DMV letters to send final piece of
paperwork. They said to go to Small Claims Court
to sue for paperwork.

Completing registration is not a requirement for them, just the title work. Once the title work is complete you can proceed to register your vehicle. Who told you to go to small claims? If you need anything else email vehicletitleadvisor@gmail.com
