I am having blinker trouble on my Chrysler Town and country

Blinker works fine for nine blinks. Then blinks fast.
You can restart the van and it fine for nine more

Check the grounds and sockets and bulbs for all the front and rear lamps, look for burnt marks in the sockets, the BCM controls the turn signals so it is constantly reading the ohms and if it detects a wrong reading then the flasher will either go into hyper flash or stop all together.

Sounds like a bulb takes nine blinks to overheat and then electrical resistance causes your problem. Just find the bad bulb & replace it. That fast sequence is the evidence.
