Can I use synthetic oil ...and what
weight?...in my 2010 Nissan Altima and
how often  do I change it?

Use the same weight as you use now and change it every 5,000 miles. The rule of thumb is it is not a good idea to switch to synthetic in older, high mile cars as it can cause leaks.
