Either the dealer will pay to deliver the vehicle to you, or you will pay to have a company pick it up and bring it to you. Either way you will be paying for it one way or another. Directly or indirectly. I would suggest you don't go this route and find a car local if you are buying used. Buying a vehicle online requires you to actually purchase the vehicle and then delivery will happen. If you aren't satisfied you are stuck with the vehicle in most cases.
