Help,c300 2010 wont start

car was working 2 days ago without issue.All lights on the dash are on, radio on, car unlocks, windows work , steering wheel works, but car will not turn on, no warnings on dash. Car  finally started after
20 min and a jump This happened to be me a few months agot but car started without hesistation and no jump a few hours later. What could be causing this?

Remove and clean battery terminals also get a alternator voltage test done should be charging at 14 volts.

Did you ever resolve this issue, seems as if I am experiencing the same problem with my 2010 C300.
