give a dealer a review

I was at a dealer and they had a lot of surprise fees that drove up the price of the vehicle by more than $2,000.  I want to issue a review of this dealer so others know to ask in advance what their fees are before they too sit in the waiting area for 2+  hours only to find out the price of the car is $8,000 instead of $4700.

Not all fees are mandatory. Only tax and DMV fees are needed. Anything else is probably just extra profit tacked on by the dealer and can be negotiated away.
