Hyundai Accent 2004, the temp gauge will rise until almost touching the hot
Hyundai Accent 2004, when on the highway travelling at 110kmh, the temp
gauge will rise until almost touching the hot causing me to drop my speed to
almost 60kmh that will slowly bring down the temp to almost normal
operating temp at around 95C. When driving in town where speed is highest
70kmh, the temp gauge will go to around 105C but comes down to 100C
when stop at traffic lights. What could be the possible problems?

Possible bad thermostat,or water pump.
I see the answer above and concur however, this can also be a head gasket. The reason I mention that is... usually with a bad water pump going faster lets even a week pump, pump enough to move the water and the higher speed of air going through the radiator cools better thus giving a lower temperature at higher speeds. A thermostat stuck in the closed position or a head gasket would both give you the symptoms you describe.
That is what I initially thought. I took out the thermostat n it looks so used. I did not put in a new thermostat as this situation allowed me to test out my hunches. The test without a thermostat shows that it still can get to the operating temp a bit slowly. The drive in town sjows that the temp gauge still climb pass the 105C then stays at 102C. Have not tried on a highway yet. Will update when I do. Besides the 2 possible issue, can the radiator fan relay be an issue also?

my car accent 2004 when i driving in highway with 100 km/h and cooler is on. temp gauge will rise until 115C. When I turn off air conditioners, temp gauge reached to normal. i changed Radiator Cap and thermostat and radiator fluid. high speed radiator fan works well and .... please help me...
The symptoms and testing you have done indicate a bad head gasket. Take it to a garage and ask for their thoughts. Do NOT tell them you think it is a head gasket, that is an expensive fix so let them figure it out without input from you. They might find something else... a partially clogged radiator for example could be caused by mixing different types of coolant or by using stop leak. That would give the same symptoms.
