2010 Acadia wont crank over

My girl has a 2010 Acadia and its had issues since she bought it, this
problem has been ongoing a long time, the car will not start or even crank
over either after its been left in the sun or after sitting for a few days! ive
replace the battery and the dealer replaced the ECM still has the problem,
only after removing the fuse and reinstalling it by the battery we can get it to
start sometimes! everything has power the  radio, windows, etc and the
battery test almost 13 volts!!! Very frustrating HELP PLEASE!!
