I was up on all the Honda engine type but it's been a while. I think you havent provided enough info to make the call. On the lower front left of the engine, you'll find a flat plate that has the exact engin type stamped into that block. That will give you the info you need for an exact specification match. Once you have that, merely google the engine and you'll find full specs. I hope that helped.

cheers m8 i knw the answer as i have one and am well into thm i was just askin to see wat ppl knw. and its enough info due to the b16a and jap import lool

Kinda off topic but is that a Formula SAE car in your profile?

Well..I've concluded you're not as smart as you think you are. As I stated previously, the B16 is the beginning of the specification. It will vary with the remainder and there are several choices after the "A". PLUS..since you consider yourself an expert, why are you wasting other peoples valuable time? Maybe you should be a little more considerate?

logan's right dude, there are several B16A model engines they all have diffent ending numbers ie B16A1, B16A2 and so on. im not sure which one was the JDM but thier not really all that surprising i think it was like 170 or 180 bhp. i know they couldnt hang with the K20 or the B18C1.
