94 Honda Accord

My car was driving good all day. When I got home I
turned it off and went inside my house. I came
back out to turn it on and it won't start or turn over.
Power locks don't work and lights don't come on.
Just wanna make sure that it's my battery and
nothing else

I took the battery in. Dude said my battery is brand new. Do you know what else could be the problem?
