96 honda passport 4x4 transmission leak when lode put on it.why?

My 96 honda pasport 4x4 dumps tansmission fluid when it is to full operating temp and
load put on it. All gears shift fine. Replaced torque converter and front seal. Any ideas
would be appreciated. Very stumped.
