Why do I have acceleration issues with 2009 jeep grand cherokee after 45 plus minutes on highway?

my 2009 jeep grand Cherokee mutters and spudders with little power after 45 minutes plus during highway driving.  This has happened after getting off highway and reentering highway and also while driving continuously on highway.

Sounds like a fuel deliver issue, I would have the injectors cleaned or changed, check you coil packs and give her a full tune-up..
