I own a 0.8 chevy spark, it just went off when i was driving, when i turned on the key, i realised that the engine light does not show. When i start it just crank and wont catch

Could be "Crank shaft sensor" ...or .. anti-theft activated. Do you have a light that reads "security".

There is a security light flashing on the dashboard when the car is off. Can you please tell me where i can locate the crank shaft sensor? thank you.

I have the same issue it happened a few times already I had to jump. Start. At lease 4 times already I think it has two do with the alarm could be no lights show that there is any problems. Well I will see if it happens again then calling dealer could be to replace key batterie I love my spark any suggestions let me know. Thanks dawn
