How do I know if my 2009 Nissan Versa is Base or not?

Asked by ladylu May 01, 2011 at 01:07 AM about the 2009 Nissan Versa

Question type: General

I have a 2009 Nissan Versa sedan, manual (gears 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and R), silver paint, black interior, it has A/C, there is not an opening between the trunk and the back seat, etc. I am trying to sell my car and want to be accurate with my listing but I am not positive which model it is!  I am thinking it is the non-Base but I would like someone else's opinion too. Thanks in advance CarGurus! :)

It sounds to me like its a base model based on all the things that you have listed but thats just my opinion.

I think all of the Nissan Versa models except for the base model all had automatic transmissions, or CVT shiftless gears on later models. Your 2009 model is definitely the base model, I believe, which could have been ordered with either the standard or automatic transmission.

Your Answer:

Versa
